## 1. What Net Zero Dome is

Net Zero Dome is an **AI net zero consultant sandbox** for Australian business. Users describe sector, operational footprint, and constraints; **GREEN** (the Net Zero Consultant) maps credible transition pathways across energy, transport, and supply chain.

This tree is **not** live DOME (`dome.ml-nightworx.io`). Do not confuse the two surfaces.

## 2. Hard constraints (do not violate)

- Target host: **netzero.ml-nightworx.io** only  
- **Never** write to or deploy as **dome.ml-nightworx.io**  
- **Never** mutate translation-engine, live DOME runtime, or `.nightworx/` from this sandbox  
- No verified industry statistics until Commander promotes content from `knowledge/raw/`  
- No mattress / Claire / retailer language on this surface  
- Deploy: Cloudflare Pages project **`netzero`** — see `DEPLOY-PAGES.md`
